Rates$120 per night (plus tax) for single or double occupancy. $20 per night for each additional guest, with a maximum of four total guests. We only accept check or cash at this time. A two night minimum is required on graduation weekends (mid-May and mid-December) and homecoming weekend (Oct).Long Term StaysWe offer reduced rates for stays of five days or more. The longer you stay, the less you pay per night. Stay 30 days or more, and you don’t have to pay hotel tax.DepositA deposit of $120 is required, except for last minute reservations. Deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival date. |
